I have been a lifelong equestrian and avid Dalmatian lover and I bought my farm in 2015. I realized then that there was a lack of agents who specialized in the unique challenges of purchasing an equestrian property. I decided that I would put my MBA degree to work in the real estate industry to solve this problem and more. I obtained my real estate license in 2017 because I wanted to help people navigate the often complex and emotional journey of buying or selling a home. My goal has always been to provide guidance, support, and expertise to ensure my clients achieve their real estate dreams with confidence and ease.
In 2021 I received my Equestrian Property Specialist Certification which allowed me to level up my game in the farm and equestrian property niche, which was always my deepest passion. Understanding how to market, value, and describe farms and equine properties and amenities, I have helped numerous clients earn top dollar and sell their farms quickly. My ability to truly understand what various equestrians need or desire in a property has been a critical advantage I have had in helping my clients buy or sell their farms and negotiate a great deal.
While equine properties are my passion, helping clients achieve their real estate goals- whether big or small- is my top priority. I have helped hundreds of clients buy or sell their dream home or investment property, typically saving or making them thousands of dollars through my deep knowledge of the transactional process, savvy negotiating skills, bulldog mentality to stop at nothing to reach my clients’ goals, and ability to see red flags early on. I have helped clients navigate buying and selling land, condos, townhomes, single family homes, and farms, build custom new construction, buy and sell using all types of financing products, helped clients win in multiple offer situations, and led the way through foreclosures and short sales. My proven track record has saved and made my clients thousands of dollars in transactions while avoiding wasting time and falling for common pitfalls.
During my tenure in the business, I have closed over 150 transactions to date, earned numerous industry awards including Top Producer of the Year for Redfin Atlanta in 2023 where I closed 58 transactions totaling over 25 million in sales volume. I have sold homes from $50,000 to $3,000,000 and everything in between in my career. As a top producer, I moved to eXp Realty so I could offer my clients more resources and freedom to give them more choices. I am also a certified mentor and bring my experience and knowledge to every agent I coach and help. I thoroughly enjoy seeing my fellow agents win, because it means our clients win, our industry wins, and therefore we all win.
